IronGram is a fitness social product. We collect what you log (workouts, meals, profile fields you provide) to run the app. With your explicit opt-in to Research Mode, we also store anonymized behavioral summaries (for example volume trends and macro patterns) tied to a random cohort ID, not your name or email.
We do not sell personal data. We may use anonymized aggregate data for research partnerships and product insights. Photos you upload for meal analysis are processed to estimate nutrition; they are not sold as identifiable assets.
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account from Settings. You can turn off Research Mode at any time; new events stop being contributed to the research dataset.
